Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)


Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty. As a CRE, you will serve as a bridge between our customers and the company, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
  • Effectively communicate product/service information, promotions, and company updates to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally. Work towards satisfactory resolutions to maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and providing updates on order status.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products or services to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, including interactions, preferences, and purchase history.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to customer interactions, inquiries, and issue resolutions.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty through personalized service and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the management team regarding customer trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Bsc, BCA, Bcom, BBA, Msc, MCA, Mcom, MBA & Btech students can apply.  
  • Proven experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
  • Understanding of the product/service offerings and industry.
